An 1,800 sq ft custom island exhibit built for Toynami at San Diego Comic-Con 2026.
Toynami, a leading name in premium collectibles, action figures, and anime merchandise, needed a booth at San Diego Comic-Con 2026 that matched the energy of their brand. AMG delivered a 30x60 custom island exhibit at the San Diego Convention Center — a 1,800-square-foot space designed for product display, fan engagement, and retail sales across a four-day convention. The design focused on high-visibility product presentation. Custom millwork display cases, large-format brand graphics, and strategic lighting highlighted Toynami's latest collectible lines including Robotech, Little Embers, and exclusive SDCC 2026 releases. The open island layout allowed high foot traffic flow while keeping product zones clearly defined. AMG handled the full scope: structural design, custom fabrication, freight coordination, on-site installation, and strike. Fabricated at our Los Angeles facility and shipped direct to downtown San Diego, the booth was installed ahead of Preview Night and operated without interruption through the close of the show on Sunday. For a brand that lives at the intersection of pop culture and collectibles, the result was a booth that held its own on one of the busiest show floors in the world.
