    The process of renting a booth is significantly easier and more affordable. You save both time and money by not having to deal with the building process. Simply choose a pre-existing booth design and our creative team will work with you to incorporate your own custom graphics into the exhibit.

Our rental program is straightforward and easy to understand. Here is the price breakdown of what our Rental Program includes and does not include:

Price includes:

  • Structure
    Choose between structures made of wood, aluminum frames, or hybrid systems.
  • Graphic Printing
    Send us your company logos or graphics and our design team will work with you to implement those elements into the booth.
  • Furniture
    Booth furniture may include tables, chairs, sofas, television sets, and other various media playing devices.
  • Carpet
    Standard carpet colors include: black, gray, red, and blue. Other custom colors are available, although they will come with an additional charge.

 

Price does not includes:

 

  • Transportation Fees
    These fees are the expense of shipping your booth from the warehouse to the show site.
  • Material Handling & Electrical Fee
    These expenses are paid directly to the trade show organizers. Material handling fees include the movement of your booth from the carrier’s delivery vehicle to your designated exhibit space inside the showroom, and then back to the carrier’s vehicle after the show is over. Electrical fees include laying electricity to your booth space.
  • I&D
    This includes the Installation and Dismantle of your booth at the exhibit. We work with many reliable and efficient I&D companies that can save you money.
