Artsolute Media Group is proud to have partnered with Youngs Group to create a memorable and engaging experience for attendees at the CoCreate 2023 conference by Alibaba.com last week. From the stunning stage design to the interactive exhibits, AMG worked hard to bring the conference’s theme of “Co-Create the Future of Commerce” to life.
The CoCreate conference was a two-day event that brought together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators from around the world to discuss the latest trends and opportunities in B2B e-commerce. Artsolute Media Group was responsible for the event’s overall event production and build, including the Dream Car, over 15 exhibit booths, and the Story Hall.
The Dream Car was a key element of Co-Create 2023, and it was designed to unleash the creativity of current and future innovators, business owners, and entrepreneurs. From the toaster to the record player wheel, all items were sourced from Alibaba.com and carefully assembled on-site as we traveled from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. The most challenging aspect of this car was the tight, one-month time frame to reimagine the complexity of this car into life-size. The car was an attendee favorite, and people could not wait to capture the beauty and creativity of their imagination.
The Exhibit Hall was packed with people as it was designed to showcase the products and services of Alibaba.com’s suppliers. The exhibits were eye-catching and informative, and they helped to create a positive and engaging experience for attendees. Each exhibitor booth was unique to its own style while maintaining the theme of the event. This hall was especially difficult for the AMG team as there were over 15 booths just in this hall! From cutting the backboard of each booth to building the booth on-site, this hall became the most time-consuming aspect of the event. However, it was very rewarding to see the attendees engage with the suppliers and the interactive aspect of the hall.
The Supplier Wall consisted of 54 circle displays for Alibaba.com suppliers to provide a representation of their signature product. Each circle was covered in orange vinyl and completed with PVC graphics. This was a highlighted photo spot as it was the first display seen when arriving at the venue. The lighting illuminates the supplier products from underneath, giving it a luxurious feel. The electrical wiring for this wall was especially challenging as all 28 circles in the middle requires lighting.
Artsolute Media Group is proud to have finished the CoCreate conference by Alibaba.com in a short time-frame. This would not have been possible without the help Youngs Group, ETTV America, AVL Productions, Reflection Lighting Design, and of course, the AMG Team. The event was a success, and we are excited to see what the future holds for B2B e-commerce.
